The Design Process:

• Initial Visit – During the initial visit we will discuss your requirements, aspirations and budget. We will also assess the scope of work.
• Brief - Following the initial visit, we will provide the client with the design fee quotation and written design brief, summarizing the objectives and goals of a project. Once we receive the signed off brief we will commence the design work.
• Survey - A detailed survey and site analysis will be carried out by Azara Gardens or a professional surveyor. A survey will record the existing buildings, structures, materials and vegetation. We will also take notes of the quality of soil, pH and record the garden’s aspect.
• Draft Plan/Visuals - We will create an outline design plan supported by visual mood boards or models and discuss the concept of the design with you. At this stage we will propose the hard-landscape materials and special features to be used in the garden.
• Costing - A detailed costing quotation will be provided as soon as the draft plan is approved.
• Presentation of Master Plan - The final, detailed scaled drawing will be drafted and handed to the construction team.
